excellent service

Recommend it for families with kids

The view from our room was fine we could see the harbor and mountains. The staff really went above and beyond when they helped us find a kid-friendly meal in the restaurant.

It wasn’t cheap but still reasonable for the quality.

I had a wonderful time relaxing by the heated swimming pool and enjoying a soothing massage at the spa center. The only bummer was that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty during my stay, but it didn’t really take away from my experience. I'd definitely recommend checking it out for your next getaway! 🌊

I was very disappointed with the service at this hotel. Despite my expectations, the staff was unhelpful and refused to accommodate our basic requests. We had no room service, and our room wasn’t even cleaned during our stay, even when requested. It was infuriating to have to go down multiple times for food and deliveries, and they refused to let us enjoy the pool for even a short time after checkout.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, especially the huge heated pool and the excellent breakfast options. The view of the marina was breathtaking! Plus, we loved the nearby water park. it was perfect for the kids.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities available on-site.
